Asha Thakkar -  "Learning Yoga from Dev Sir has changed my life for the better. It has improved my mind, body and spirit. Yoga gives you a very positive outlook and it helps not only physically but it uplifts you as well. It has been a fantastic experience and we are indeed very lucky and blessed to have Dev in our lives."

Dr. Sanjay Jain - "When one is asked about how something affects you or your life, it can be quite difficult to give a reply even after pondering about it for a while. The physical benefits are that I now can fleet across a terrain like Legolas the Elf (Orlando Bloom) in Lord of the Rings. I have had an increase in muscle bulk, tone, strength, endurance and control to variable degrees. As a physician, I can appreciate how much of what causes a disease in us is related to lifestyle choices we make, especially when it comes to chronic disorders (e.g. aches, pains, sleep problems, anxiety, stress, etc.). In yoga, we have an ancient discipline, which if followed and incorporated into our life routine, can do much to reduce the likelihood of being affected by these disorders in the first place, and if such dis-eases are present already, it can diminish their impact on us besides improving our overall quality of life. I want to thank Dev for teaching us this wonderful discipline in the tradition of our ancestors and am grateful to him."
