  • Intermittent fasting: 16 hours for 5 days

  • Intermittent fasting: 17 hours for 1 day

  • 18K steps (minimum)

    • 150: Advance

    • 100:  Intermediate

    • 50:  Beginners

  • Push ups

    • 75: Advance

    • 50: Intermediate

    • 25: Beginners​
