Cleanse Schedule (Not for diabetics):

Day 1: fruits (any) only. Dinner as usual after 24 hours

Days 2 and 3: Vegetable juice (every after 2-4 hours). Dinner as usual after 48 hours

Days 4, 5 and 6: Vegetable juice. Dinner as usual after 72 hours

12k Steps (minimum)

30% any green and yellow vegetable e.g. Spinach, salary, Cucumber, Kale, mint

10% Green Apple
-
5% yellow vegetable e.g. Squash

5% Pineapple

A small root of Ginger

1 Lime
