June 1-7: Cleanse

Cleanse Schedule (Not for diabetics):

  • Day 1: fruits (any) only. Dinner as usual after 24 hours

  • Days 2 and 3: Vegetable juice (every after 2-4 hours). Dinner as usual after 48 hours

  • Days 4, 5 and 6: Vegetable juice. Dinner as usual after 72 hours

  • 12k Steps (minimum)

Juice Recipe: 

  • Vegetable juice recipe 

  • 50% carrots

  • 30% any green and yellow vegetable e.g. Spinach, salary, Cucumber, Kale, mint

  • 10% Green Apple

  • 5% yellow vegetable e.g. Squash

  • 5% Pineapple 

  • A small root of Ginger

  • 1 Lime
